In Story-Based Inquiry, an investigation begins with a hypothesis, which accounts for an event. But something must have happened first, to make the event possible. And after the event occurs, there will be further events and consequences. In this session, participants will learn how to use their imaginations to construct a hypothetical chain of events, which can be used to guide investigators toward sources and documents with a good degree of accuracy.
