Tarjei Leer-Salvesen spent this year six months at Reuters Institute in Oxford to learn more about the differences between 136 RTI laws in the world, and how journalists can use cross-border filing for information in their investigations.
As he also is a well know international working freelance journalist, Tarjei will join the seminars on cross border journalism.
